WSC-Phase 1
Cleaning concentrate for the first cleaning step of the WSC Cleaning System, which offers a very efficient and cost-effective solution to eliminate rust and calcification in water circuits of temperature control units and moulds.
Even the thinnest calcification in mould ducts and heating elements are a thermal isolator that considerably slows down heating and cooling cycles.
The consequence: lower rates of production and higher rates of rejects.
The first cleaning step with WSC-Phase 1 removes calcification, magnesium and rust, and passivates the metal surfaces.
The WSC Cleaning System consists of the two cleaning concentrates WSC-Phase 1 and WSC-Phase 2 as well as the WSC-Unit.
