C5 Release Agent
Silicone and solvent-free release agent with good demoulding capabilities.
Due to its particularly eco-friendly composition, C5 is one of the very few release agents worldwide that are registered by the US National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for M1.
Hence, the product can be used in the food industry for the manufacture of food packaging with incidental food contact.
After production, moulded parts can be printed, glued, steamed or galvanised without any problem.
As C5 is free from solvents it can also be used in polycarbonate processing and does not induce stress cracks.
It is very efficient and can be used at temperatures up to 180 °C.
This product is also available as 10-litre plastic canister.
